Itinerary
- Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, our representative will meet you and assist you with the start of your journey towards Jaigaon, the Indian town bordering Bhutan.
- At Jaigaon, our team member will guide you through the Pedestrian Terminal to smoothly cross the border into Bhutan and reach Phuentsholing, the gateway to the Land of the Thunder Dragon.
- Upon arrival at your hotel in Phuentsholing, check in and get ready for a special welcome dinner featuring a celebratory cake and local Bhutanese wine.
- After dinner, enjoy a fun-filled karaoke night at Samsara Club — a perfect opportunity to relax and bond with the group. (Drinks are on your own.)
- During your free time, you may explore Zangtopelri Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Phuentsholing, located in the heart of the town.
- Don’t miss the beautifully illuminated Indo–Bhutan Gate in the evening, offering a great photo opportunity.
- Recommended cafés in Phuentsholing: Kizom Café and Mountain Café.
- For nightlife experiences after dinner, you may visit Samsara Karaoke / Club or Lions Club.

- After breakfast, ensure your luggage is ready.
- After immigration proceed towards Thimphu. The journey promises breathtaking scenery and memorable stops along the way.
- As you traverse the mountainous roads, make a stop at Gedu Stupa, stop for lunch and enjoy the drive through Bhutanese countryside moving forward witness Wangkha waterfalls.
- As you traverse the winding roads, make a stop at Chuzom, where the Paro and Thimphu rivers converge.
- In the evening, indulge in a captivating city walk around Clock Tower, Thimphu city, on your own.
- Nightlife in Thimphu: If one wishes to experience nightlife in Bhutan, Thimphu is the best place to be. This are few places to visit: Mojo Park. Space 34. where you can unwind with live music, dance, and mingle with fellow travelers and locals.

- Have Breakfast, You’ll spend the day exploring Thimphu’s attractions today.
- National Memorial Chorten: This large chorten is one of the most visible landmarks in Thimphu, and for many Bhutanese it is the focus of daily worship. Early morning is a great time to visit, as elderly people shuffle meditatively around the chorten.
- Takin Preservation Centre: You will find the National animal of Bhutan “Takin” in this open zoo. Takin is one of the most endangered species of the World and it is available only in Bhutan.
- Simply Bhutan: is a living museum that provides insight into traditional Bhutanese life and culture. Here, visitors can experience authentic Bhutanese architecture, cuisine, and craftsmanship, as well as participate in cultural activities such as archery and traditional dance.
- BBS Tower view point: BBS Tower is at an elevation of 2,865 metres which offers an exquisite view of the whole town of Thimphu. Also known as Sangaygang Viewpoint, this is very popular among visitors.
- Buddha Dordenma: On the top of Kuensel Phodrang hill sits the statue of Sakyamuni Buddha. The 51.5-meter long bronze statue would surely attract you and the uninterrupted view of the valley would leave you spellbound. The site is also known as Buddha View Point.
- Thangthong Dewachen Dupthop Nunnery: Visit the peaceful Nunnery, a small hilltop monastery run by Buddhist nuns, offering serene views of Thimphu and a quiet space for reflection—one of the few places in Bhutan where you can see and interact with female monks.
- Authentic Craft Bazaar: You can explore stalls and shops filled with intricately designed items, many of which are handmade by skilled artisans from across the country.

- On this beautiful morning, after enjoying a hearty breakfast, it’s time to pack your bags for an unforgettable journey to Phobjikha Valley.
- Our first stop is the Dochula Pass 3050 m, where you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of 108 chortens dotting the landscape against the backdrop of majestic mountains.
- As we continue our drive, we’ll head directly to the enchanting Gangtey Monastery, a sacred site nestled amidst the valley’s picturesque landscape.
- For the adventurous souls, consider trekking along the Gangtey Natural Trail. A pleasurable walk (around 2 hours) that gives a nice feeling for Phobjikha Valley.
- It is the most beautiful and shortest of the existing nature trails in Bhutan.
- From the small hilltop overlooking Gangtey Goemba, head downhill through flower meadows to Semchubara village and from here through beautiful forests and into the open valley.
- Additionally, visit the Phobjikha Visitor Center to learn more about the valley’s unique ecosystem and the conservation efforts for the endangered black-necked cranes, which migrate here during the winter months.

- As the morning sun graces the horizon, it’s time to gather your belongings for an unforgettable journey to Punakha.
- Chimi Lhakhang (Fertility Temple) – Stationed at the top of a hillock, the is a site dedicated to Lama Drukpa Kuenley. Known as the ‘Divine Madman,
- Punakha Dzong – Also known as “the palace of great happiness” This Dzong is the most picturesque of all Bhutan ancient fortresses and it joins the mainland by an arched wooden bridge that contains many precious relics from the days when successive kings reigned the Kingdom from this Punakha valley
- Suspension Bridge – This hidden treasure in the Punakha Valley connects the rest of the valley to the old administrative center of Punakha Dzongkhag the whole deck is covered with prayerflags and provides a perfect spot for bird watching and photography.
- In the evening you can stroll around Kaja Throm (market) in Khuruthang town which is the newest space for people to visit. One can witness a beautiful local market which showcases the best of what locals have to offerto visitors. You can enjoy the gardens, live music, food & drinks, and meet local Bhutanese farmers. This can be one of the best places to hang out after sightseeing.
- Optional Activity: River Rafting The Mo Chhu river rafting is 10KM course which comprises of 10 rapids. The raft is 6-seater. River rafting time is approximately 1.5 hours
- Overnight stay in Punakha, Breakfast & Dinnerin Hotel
- After enjoying a satisfying breakfast, it’s time to prepare your luggage for an unforgettable journey from Punakha to Paro.
- Stop at iconic Iron Bridge, known as Tamchog Zam, spanning the rushing waters below. Take a moment to appreciate this historic bridge and capture some memorable photographs against the scenic backdrop.
- Rinpung Dzong view: Highlight of the day, Just before entering Paro town It’s a sight you won’t want to miss! Don’t forget to capture this mesmerizing sight with Bhutanese attire in some beautiful photos.
- Visit to the Paro Airport viewpoint. From this vantage point, you’l enjoy stunning panoramic views of the airport nestled amidst the picturesque valey surrounded by lush green hils. Take in the sights and capture memorable photographs before we continue our exploration of the charming town of Paro.
- The National Museum of Bhutan: is a must-visit attraction in Paro. Located in the picturesque Ta Dzong building, this museum offers a fascinating journey through Bhutanese history, art, and culture. Explore its diverse colections, including traditional Bhutanese artifacts, religious relics, ancient manuscripts, intricate thangka paintings, and exhibits on Bhutan’s flora and fauna
- Kyichu Lhakhang: is one of the oldest and most sacred Buddhist temples in Bhutan. Located in Paro Valey, this ancient temple is renowned for its historical significance and spiritual ambiance. Built in the 7th century by the Tibetan Emperor Songtsen Gampo.
- Finally, settle into your accommodation for the night in Paro, (Dinner & Breakfast incl)
- Carry a Bag pack for today. This day will begin with an early breakfast. Embark on the iconic hike to Tiger’s Nest full day activity.
- Taktsang Monastery – The hike to Tiger’s Nest is as much a spiritual pilgrimage as it is a physical challenge. The trail winds through dense pine forests and rhododendron trees, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
- A special “Tiger’s Nest Hike Completion Certificate” will be awarded to commemorate your achievement.
- Traditional Hot Stone Bath (Direct Pay Basis): It is very nice to experience Bhutanese hot stone baths. It is the perfect way to relax and wind down after a hike, it is considered for numerous health benefits help relieve deepset aches and pains. When placed in water, the hot stones crack and steam, releasing key minerals that help to aid stress and soothe the body.
- You can choose to explore Paro market or simply relax at your hotel.
- Your overnight stay will be in Paro. (Dinner & Breakfast incl)
- On the last day of your Bhutan journey, we will start early at 5:30 AM. Your breakfast will be packed for you to enjoy on the go. Bid farewell to the warm hospitality that has accompanied you throughout your stay.
- Your driver will be waiting to transfer you to Phuentsholing, where you’ll catch your next vehicle to the airport. If you prefer a hotel drop-off, please note that this will incur an additional cost based on your accommodation location.

- Transfers other than those mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any expenses arising due to circumstances beyond control, such as flight delays or cancellations, accidents, weather conditions, medical emergencies or evacuations, strikes, riots, or natural calamities. These costs must be paid directly by the traveler.
